Breakfast on the brain

As well as its health benefits, eating breakfast is associated with better performance at school. However, due to the cost of living crisis, food insecurity, poverty and other issues, many children are not eating nutritional breakfasts. This research project seeks to understand the issue and interact with young people and policymakers to recommend solutions.
